Based in Bungendore, we collect your pre-sorted residential or business laundry, wash, dry & fold it with care, and return it fresh and ready to put away.
As standard, we collect on Sundays and deliver on Mondays. This applies to one-off, recurring, and business bookings. Sunday no good? Get in touch and lets have a chat - if we can help, we will.

Our Services
Wash, Dry & Fold Service – $6 per kg ($50 minimum)
We collect your pre-sorted, warm wash/dryer safe laundry (clothes, towels, bedding and more).
Your bag is weighed, and we’ll send an invoice for payment via eft or card (or you can choose cash on delivery).
Your laundry is washed, dried, folded, and delivered within 24 hours.
Why pre-sorted? This approach means your laundry can be done your way. For example some people don't separate colours from whites, some prefer black or heavier items to be washed on their own, sports kits might need a hotter wash than ideal for other clothes etc. Pre sorting means you get exactly what you want.
Simply separate in to plastic bags or bin liners before adding them to your Spin Tumble Fold Co. re-usable laundry bag and we'll wash them the way you prefer.
Not home for delivery? Simply nominate a safe spot, and we’ll leave it there and send a photo confirmation of where we placed it.

Important Prep Required: Please ensure all clothes are thoroughly spun in your washing machine before sending them to us.
Waterlogged items are too heavy and messy for us to safely carry.
Bagging Requirements: Laundry must be packed in lightweight, closable, and water-resistant bags. This allows us to weigh your items accurately and ensures they stay completely dry during transit and delivery.
Reusable Bags Available: Purchase one of our durable, water-resistant Spin Tumble Fold Bags for $25 to use for all your future drops!
The Golden Rule: Freshly washed items only, please! Any dirty, smelly items will be washed before drying and charged at the full wash, dry, fold rate of $6 a kilo.
Cap Cleaning – $20 per cap
Caps are gently cleaned in a protective frame to help maintain their shape and prevent damage to the brim. Each cap is washed in cold water using a mild detergent and a colour-catching sheet to reduce dye transfer between panels.
Caps are then reshaped and air-dried — never tumble-dried — to keep them looking their best.
Doona and Blanket Cleaning (up to 12kg/KingSize)
$8 a Kilo (please ensure your Doona/Blanket can be safely warm washed and tumble dried before sending)
Reusable Bag Purchase -$25.00
Our durable, reusable Spin Tumble Fold Co. laundry bag is designed to make pick-up day easy and efficient.
This spacious bag holds more than a standard laundry basket and eliminates the risk of damage to your personal baskets during collection and delivery. It features a handy pocket for receipts and labels, so we always know exactly whose laundry is whose.
Because the bag is lightweight and water-resistant, you’ll only ever pay for the weight of your laundry, not your hamper!
Use it again and again: it’s tough, practical, and built to last, with a secure drawstring top to keep everything neatly contained.

Pickup & Delivery
FIRST 10KM OF DELIVERY FREE ON ALL ORDERS OVER $100.
Bungendore Local ($10.00): A flat rate for pick up/delivery within 10km of the Bungendore IGA.
Rural & Beyond (+$1.50/km): We love our neighbours in Wamboin, Bywong & Hoskinstown and beyond. For properties outside our 10km local zone, a small per-km surcharge applies based on your distance from the town centre (IGA).

By booking with Spin Tumble Fold Co., you agree to the following:
Collection & Delivery
Please read and understand the fees applicable for pick up and delivery.
Please ensure laundry is ready for collection at the arranged time. Missed collections may incur a re-booking fee.
We guarantee to return your laundry within 24 hours, however an exact drop off time is not always possible. If you suspect you may not be home for drop off, please allocate a safe place for us to leave your laundry.
Laundry Preparation
Clients are responsible for sorting laundry into their preferred loads (e.g. separating whites, darks, and colours).
We do not accept clothing or items that cannot be warm-washed or tumble-dried. Please adhere to this, as individual care labels are not checked or followed.
Please check all pockets for coins, tissues, pens, keys, or valuables. We take no responsibility for items left inside clothing or bags.
Any obvious stains will receive a pre-wash stain treatment, but items are not soaked or treated differently from the rest of the load. Stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
Washing & Drying Process
Standard wash, dry & fold is performed using professional-grade detergents at appropriate temperatures.
While we take great care, we cannot guarantee that colours won’t run or that delicate fabrics will not shrink or wear with normal cleaning.
Items are folded, not ironed or pressed.
Lost or Damaged Items
We cannot fathom a scenario where we could lose or damage your pre-sorted and warm wash/dryer safe clothes, however, in the event this does happen, please report any missing or damaged items within 24 hours of delivery.
Compensation, if any, will not exceed five times the charge for the service of the affected item(s).
We are not liable for damage resulting from manufacturing faults, weak fabric, loose buttons, or pre-existing wear, or client failure to separate laundry correctly.
Payment & Refunds
Payment is due at or before collection/delivery. Card payments incur an external processing fee; cash payments are fee-free.
Refunds are at our discretion and apply only to services not provided as described.
Hygiene & Safety
We do not accept heavily soiled items contaminated with bodily fluids, pet waste, or hazardous materials.
Laundry is handled in accordance with hygiene standards; cross-contamination is minimised through separate load processing, and laundry sanitising liquids in the rinse wash of the cycle.
Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround is 24 hours from collection.
Liability Limitations
Spin Tumble Fold Co. is not responsible for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control (e.g. power outages, mechanical failure, extreme weather).
By using our service, you accept these limitations and acknowledge that all laundry processes carry a normal level of cleaning risk.
Privacy
Customer information is used only for service, delivery, and payment purposes. We never sell or share your personal details.
